Boy George works in mysterious ways... this time it's
a gay porn video!
Lucas Entertainment's 29th release, the scorching hot
Manhattan Heat (due January 15th) will feature music
by Boy George/The Twin, it was announced today.
"I've known Boy George for quite some time now,"
said Michael Lucas, founder and president of Lucas Entertainment.
"And I've been a fan for even longer. I'm so happy
that we finally found a way to collaborate, especially
since this is my biggest production ever."
George, under his recording alias "The Twin,"
gave Lucas a CD of tracks to choose from. Carrying the
Lucas Entertainment tradition, Lucas decided not to
use any of the tracks during the film's sex scenes.
Instead, he chose music that best works into the film's
plot.
"We're using one track at the start of the film
as a kind of radio-broadcasted track," said Manhattan
Heat writer and editor Tony Dimarco. "It really
sets the mood for the movie, showcasing the beat of
the city and the heat of the summer all in one. "
